Our focus is to enhance the quality of life by providing ongoing physical, emotional and spirtual support. Our expert interdisciplinary team of hospice physicians, nurses, social workers, chaplains, family support counselors, home health aides and volunteers work with patient and family to develop a plan of care to meet their individual needs. Beaumont Hospice was formed in 1997 to complete the continuum of care at William Beaumont Hospital. Beaumont Hospice services patients and families in the privacy of their own homes in Oakland, Macomb and Wayne counties. In addition, we provide hospice services to patients residing in nursing homes, adult foster care, and assisted living centers, as well as patients in all three Beaumont Hospitals, Royal Oak, Grosse Pointe and Troy. |

Included is the CATCH Pediatric Mobile Health Programs, where physicians, nurses and social workers travel to schools and community sites to provide free preventive health care to children who face barriers to accessing health care. The programs offer immunizations, physical exams and screening for lead, anemia, tuberculosis, hearing and vision impairments, development delays and abuse. |
